## AMELIASTYLES STUDIO ### Appointment & Studio Policy To provide every client with a professional, timely, and comfortable experience, please review our policies before booking. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment that remains unconfirmed will be canceled the morning before the scheduled appointment, and the time may be offered to the next client on our waiting list. 15-MINUTE LATE POLICY A maximum 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent delays for clients scheduled afterward and to respect everyone's reserved appointment time. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded due to a no-show, late arrival resulting in cancellation, failure to confirm, last-minute cancellation, or change of mind. By submitting a deposit, you are reserving time specifically for your service and acknowledging our booking policies. NO FOOD IN THE STUDIO Outside food is not permitted in the studio in order to maintain a clean and professional environment. NO SMALL CHILDREN For safety, limited space, and the comfort of all guests, small children are not permitted in the studio unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
